teaching.. guiding
her heart bruised
hidden
he showed her the way
made pain into joy
pushed her into places
she'd never dared
he shared his soul
loved her without conditions
treated her as gently
as a budding rose
his voice always soft
his eyes always tender
but the steel would show
and she would tremble
in fear of displeasing him
her petals unfolding
under the shower of his kindness
her thorns plucked
only the softness remaining
her body surrendered first
melting under his touch
eagerly giving control to him
enthralled, submerged in his passion
her heart ached to follow
wanting, needing more
his tenderness drawing her in
soothing the bruises
